When I set out to learn about tequila, I asked professionals in the distilling industry who would be the right person to teach me all about the Different varieties of tequila?
➡️ The name Clayton from La Cata came up repeatedly. This was such an amazing experience, and this video is my reference and guide for tequila as Clayton explained everything perfectly for me to grasp and hopefully you will use it in the same manner as well.

When I say “birthplace of the drink that bears its name” – the tradition is born in what is now Amatitán, although at the time (1620-1640) that town was part of the canton of Tequila.
➡️ Due to the Pandemic, I am sad to say that La Cata has closed its doors in Tequila, Mexico. Clayton continues to share his knowledge about Tequila and is currently writing a book about the amazing agave spirit.
